Sarthi ऐप डाउनलोड, इंस्टॉल या उपयोग करके, या इस वेबसाइट का उपयोग करके आप इन नियम व शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। सहमत न हों तो कृपया उपयोग न करें।
Sarthi is provided by Apna Kam Hoga, powered by SB ENTERPRISES (“we”, “us”, “our”).
सारथी अपना काम होगा द्वारा, SB ENTERPRISES के संचालन में, उपलब्ध कराया जाता है (“हम”, “हमें”, “हमारा”)।
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should use Sarthi with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.
आपकी उम्र कम से कम 13 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। 18 वर्ष से कम हों तो माता-पिता या अभिभावक की जानकारी और अनुमति से उपयोग करें।
To create an account you must give correct information.
अकाउंट बनाने के लिए सही जानकारी देना ज़रूरी है।
Sarthi is an AI voice assistant. It uses AI services such as Google Gemini or Groq through the API key you provide. We may add, change, pause or remove features at any time, with or without notice.
सारथी एक AI वॉइस असिस्टेंट है। यह आपकी दी हुई API key के ज़रिए Google Gemini या Groq जैसी AI सेवाओं का उपयोग करता है। हम किसी भी समय, सूचना के साथ या बिना, फ़ीचर जोड़, बदल, रोक या हटा सकते हैं।
You agree not to use Sarthi to:

Sarthi may ask for microphone, phone/call, call log, accessibility, notifications, battery optimisation and “display over other apps” permissions so that features work. You can withdraw any permission in your phone's settings, but related features will then stop working.
सारथी माइक्रोफ़ोन, फ़ोन/कॉल, कॉल लॉग, accessibility, नोटिफ़िकेशन, बैटरी ऑप्टिमाइज़ेशन और “दूसरे ऐप के ऊपर दिखाएँ” जैसी अनुमतियाँ माँग सकता है ताकि फ़ीचर काम करें। आप किसी भी अनुमति को फ़ोन सेटिंग्स से वापस ले सकते हैं, पर तब संबंधित फ़ीचर काम नहीं करेंगे।
Google, Groq, YouTube, WhatsApp and others have their own terms, limits and charges. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or pricing. You are responsible for any charges on your own API accounts.
Google, Groq, YouTube, WhatsApp आदि की अपनी शर्तें, सीमाएँ और शुल्क हैं। इन पर हमारा नियंत्रण नहीं है और उनकी उपलब्धता, सटीकता या कीमत के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं। अपने API अकाउंट पर लगने वाले शुल्क के लिए आप स्वयं ज़िम्मेदार हैं।
AI can produce wrong, incomplete or outdated answers. Always verify important information before acting on it.
AI गलत, अधूरे या पुराने जवाब दे सकता है। कोई भी कदम उठाने से पहले ज़रूरी जानकारी की जाँच करें।
The Doctor modes (AI Doctor, Ayurvedic, Homeopathy, Surgeon) give general information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no doctor-patient relationship is created. Always consult a qualified medical professional. In an emergency, call 112 / 108 or go to a hospital immediately.
डॉक्टर मोड (AI डॉक्टर, आयुर्वेदिक, होम्योपैथी, सर्जन) सिर्फ़ सामान्य जानकारी देते हैं। ये चिकित्सा सलाह, निदान या इलाज नहीं हैं और इससे कोई डॉक्टर-मरीज़ संबंध नहीं बनता। हमेशा योग्य चिकित्सक से सलाह लें। आपातकाल में 112 / 108 पर कॉल करें या तुरंत अस्पताल जाएँ।
The call assistant can announce calls, answer or end calls and talk to callers on your behalf, and can save the conversation. It depends on your phone and network and may not work perfectly every time; do not rely on it for important or emergency calls. You are responsible for obeying call-recording, consent and privacy laws.
कॉल असिस्टेंट कॉल की सूचना दे सकता है, कॉल उठा/काट सकता है और आपकी ओर से बात कर सकता है, और बातचीत सेव कर सकता है। यह आपके फ़ोन और नेटवर्क पर निर्भर है और हर बार पूरी तरह काम न भी करे; ज़रूरी या आपातकालीन कॉल के लिए इस पर निर्भर न रहें। कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग, सहमति और गोपनीयता के क़ानूनों का पालन करना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।
When background mode is on, the app keeps the microphone active and shows a notification. Turn it off whenever you do not want it. Keep in mind that other people nearby may be heard by the microphone; use a secret code and use it responsibly.
बैकग्राउंड मोड ऑन होने पर ऐप माइक्रोफ़ोन चालू रखता है और नोटिफ़िकेशन दिखाता है। जब न चाहें तो बंद कर दें। ध्यान रखें कि आसपास के लोगों की आवाज़ भी माइक सुन सकता है; सीक्रेट कोड का और ज़िम्मेदारी से उपयोग करें।

The app, name, design, characters and code belong to us. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify or reverse engineer it.
ऐप, नाम, डिज़ाइन, किरदार और कोड हमारे हैं। हम आपको ऐप इस्तेमाल करने का सीमित, व्यक्तिगत, अहस्तांतरणीय और वापस लिया जा सकने वाला लाइसेंस देते हैं। आप इसकी नकल, बिक्री, किराया, बदलाव या रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग नहीं कर सकते।
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using Sarthi you agree to it.
हमारी गोपनीयता नीति बताती है कि हम कौन सा डेटा लेते हैं और कैसे उपयोग करते हैं। सारथी का उपयोग करके आप उससे सहमत होते हैं।
If any paid feature is offered, the price and billing terms will be shown before you pay, and our Refund & Cancellation policy applies.
अगर कोई पेड फ़ीचर दिया जाता है तो भुगतान से पहले कीमत और बिलिंग की शर्तें दिखाई जाएँगी, और हमारी रिफंड व कैंसिलेशन नीति लागू होगी।
We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may update the app and these terms. When we make important changes we will update the date below; continuing to use Sarthi means you accept the new terms.
हम सेवा चालू रखने की कोशिश करते हैं, पर यह वादा नहीं कि वह हमेशा उपलब्ध, त्रुटिरहित या निर्बाध रहेगी। हम ऐप और इन शर्तों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव पर नीचे की तारीख़ बदली जाएगी; सारथी का उपयोग जारी रखने का मतलब है कि आप नई शर्तें मानते हैं।
Sarthi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
क़ानून की अनुमति की सीमा तक, सारथी “जैसा है” और “जैसा उपलब्ध है” के आधार पर, किसी भी प्रकार की वारंटी के बिना दिया जाता है।
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of data, missed calls, wrong AI answers, third-party service failures or any harm from using or being unable to use Sarthi. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 3 months (or ₹0 if the service was free).
क़ानून की अनुमति की सीमा तक, हम अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या परिणामी नुकसान, डेटा की हानि, छूटी हुई कॉल, AI के गलत जवाब, तीसरे पक्ष की सेवाओं की विफलता या सारथी के उपयोग/अनुपलब्धता से हुई किसी भी हानि के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं। किसी भी दावे पर हमारी कुल ज़िम्मेदारी पिछले 3 महीनों में आपके द्वारा सेवा के लिए दी गई राशि तक सीमित है (सेवा मुफ़्त हो तो ₹0)।
You agree to protect us from claims, losses and expenses that arise from your misuse of Sarthi, your content or your breach of these terms.
सारथी के आपके दुरुपयोग, आपके कंटेंट या इन शर्तों के उल्लंघन से उत्पन्न दावों, नुकसान और खर्चों से आप हमें सुरक्षित रखने के लिए सहमत हैं।
You can stop using Sarthi and delete the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires. Sections that by nature should continue (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will continue after termination.
आप किसी भी समय सारथी का उपयोग बंद करके ऐप हटा सकते हैं। आप इन शर्तों को तोड़ें या क़ानून की माँग हो तो हम आपकी पहुँच रोक या खत्म कर सकते हैं। जो खंड स्वभाव से जारी रहने चाहिए (स्वामित्व, अस्वीकरण, ज़िम्मेदारी) वे समाप्ति के बाद भी लागू रहेंगे।
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to fix any problem. Any dispute that cannot be settled will be subject to the courts of India having jurisdiction.
ये शर्तें भारत के क़ानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। हम चाहेंगे कि आप पहले हमसे संपर्क करें ताकि हम समस्या सुलझा सकें। जो विवाद न सुलझे वह भारत के उपयुक्त क्षेत्राधिकार वाले न्यायालयों के अधीन होगा।
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about Sarthi.
अगर इन शर्तों का कोई भाग अमान्य पाया जाए तो बाकी लागू रहेगा। किसी अधिकार को लागू न करना उसे छोड़ना नहीं माना जाएगा। सारथी के बारे में ये शर्तें आपके और हमारे बीच पूरा समझौता हैं।
