This Privacy Policy explains what information Sarthi (by Apna Kam Hoga, powered by SB ENTERPRISES) collects, why, how it is used and your choices. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need.

यह गोपनीयता नीति बताती है कि सारथी (अपना काम होगा, SB ENTERPRISES द्वारा संचालित) कौन सी जानकारी लेता है, क्यों, कैसे उपयोग करता है और आपके विकल्प क्या हैं। हम आपकी निजता का सम्मान करते हैं और केवल ज़रूरी जानकारी लेते हैं।

2. Information we collect on our server2. जो जानकारी हमारे सर्वर पर रहती है

When you create an account we store:

अकाउंट बनाने पर हम ये रखते हैं:

• Name, email address and mobile number
• Your password, only as a one-way encrypted hash (we cannot read it)
• Account status, sign-up date, last login time and number of logins
• Login session tokens (stored hashed) and temporary password-reset OTPs (stored hashed, valid 10 minutes)
• Technical security records such as IP address for rate-limiting failed logins

3. Information that stays on your phone3. जो जानकारी आपके फ़ोन में ही रहती है

These are stored only on your device, not on our server:

• Your Gemini / Groq API keys
• Chat history and memory
• Call history and call conversation summaries
• Files you create in Creative Studio

4. Voice, text and AI providers4. आवाज़, टेक्स्ट और AI प्रदाता

To give answers, Sarthi sends your spoken audio, text, images or files you choose to Google Gemini or Groq using the API key you entered. These companies process that data under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store these conversations on our server. Please read the policies of the provider you use.

जवाब देने के लिए सारथी आपकी बोली हुई आवाज़, टेक्स्ट, इमेज या चुनी हुई फ़ाइलें आपकी डाली हुई API key से Google Gemini या Groq को भेजता है। ये कंपनियाँ उस डेटा को अपनी गोपनीयता नीति के अनुसार प्रोसेस करती हैं। ये बातचीत हमारे सर्वर पर न आती है, न सेव होती है। आप जिस प्रदाता को उपयोग करें उसकी नीति ज़रूर पढ़ें।

5. Permissions and why we ask5. अनुमतियाँ और उनका कारण

• Microphone: to hear your voice
• Phone state, answer calls, call log: for the call assistant (who is calling, answering, ending calls)
• Accessibility service: to tap, scroll or type on screen only when you ask
• Display over other apps: to open apps from the background
• Notifications / foreground service / battery settings: to keep background mode running and show its status
• Photos / files you pick: only the files you choose in Creative Studio

• फ़ोटो / फ़ाइलें: क्रिएटिव स्टूडियो में सिर्फ़ वही जो आप चुनें

• To create and secure your account and let you log in
• To send password-reset OTP emails
• To prevent fraud, abuse and brute-force attacks
• To manage users (for example block abusive accounts) and understand how many people use the app
• To improve and support the service and reply to your requests

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising based on your data.

9. Call and microphone privacy9. कॉल और माइक्रोफ़ोन की निजता

The call assistant and background mode use the microphone and the call audio on your device. The audio is sent to your chosen AI provider to understand and reply. Call conversation text may be stored on your phone so you can read it later. You are responsible for informing and getting consent from other people where the law requires.

कॉल असिस्टेंट और बैकग्राउंड मोड आपके डिवाइस के माइक्रोफ़ोन और कॉल ऑडियो का उपयोग करते हैं। समझने और जवाब देने के लिए ऑडियो आपके चुने AI प्रदाता को भेजा जाता है। कॉल की बातचीत का टेक्स्ट आपके फ़ोन में सेव हो सकता है ताकि आप बाद में पढ़ सकें। जहाँ क़ानून कहे वहाँ दूसरे लोगों को बताना और सहमति लेना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।

10. Data security10. डेटा की सुरक्षा

We use reasonable safeguards:

हम उचित सुरक्षा उपाय अपनाते हैं:

• HTTPS encryption for all traffic to our server
• Passwords, OTPs and tokens stored only as hashes
• Rate-limits and lockouts against password guessing
• Login sessions expire; a blocked account is logged out
• Protected admin panel with CSRF protection and idle timeout
• App data on your phone is excluded from cloud backup

11. How long we keep data11. डेटा कितने समय रखते हैं

We keep account data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data, except what we must keep by law or for security. Login sessions expire automatically after 90 days; OTPs expire after 10 minutes; rate-limit records are cleared within a day.

आपका अकाउंट सक्रिय रहने तक हम अकाउंट डेटा रखते हैं। अकाउंट डिलीट करने को कहने पर हम आपका निजी डेटा हटा देते हैं, सिवाय उसके जो क़ानून या सुरक्षा के लिए रखना पड़े। लॉगिन सेशन 90 दिन बाद अपने आप खत्म होते हैं; OTP 10 मिनट बाद; रेट-लिमिट रिकॉर्ड एक दिन में साफ़ हो जाते हैं।

• See and correct your account information
• Ask us to delete your account and data
• Withdraw any permission in phone settings
• Turn off background mode and the call assistant at any time
• Skip creating an account and use the app without logging in
• Complain to us if you feel your data was mishandled

• अकाउंट और डेटा डिलीट करने को कहना
• फ़ोन सेटिंग्स में कोई भी अनुमति वापस लेना
• बैकग्राउंड मोड और कॉल असिस्टेंट कभी भी बंद करना
• अकाउंट बनाए बिना, लॉगिन किए बिना ऐप चलाना
• डेटा के गलत इस्तेमाल का शक हो तो हमसे शिकायत करना

13. Children13. बच्चे

Sarthi is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

सारथी 13 वर्ष से छोटे बच्चों के लिए नहीं है और हम जानबूझकर उनका डेटा नहीं लेते। अगर आपको लगे कि किसी बच्चे ने हमें जानकारी दी है तो संपर्क करें, हम उसे हटा देंगे।

14. Cookies and website14. कुकीज़ और वेबसाइट

This public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores only your language choice in your browser. The admin panel uses a secure session cookie for logging in administrators.

यह सार्वजनिक वेबसाइट विज्ञापन या ट्रैकिंग कुकीज़ का उपयोग नहीं करती। यह आपके ब्राउज़र में सिर्फ़ आपकी भाषा का चुनाव रखती है। एडमिन पैनल प्रशासकों के लॉगिन के लिए सुरक्षित सेशन कुकी इस्तेमाल करता है।

15. Visitors from outside India15. भारत के बाहर के उपयोगकर्ता

Our server may be located in India or another country. By using Sarthi you agree that your account data may be processed there. We apply the same protections wherever it is processed.

हमारा सर्वर भारत या किसी अन्य देश में हो सकता है। सारथी उपयोग करके आप मानते हैं कि आपका अकाउंट डेटा वहाँ प्रोसेस हो सकता है। जहाँ भी प्रोसेस हो, हम वही सुरक्षा रखते हैं।

16. Changes to this policy16. इस नीति में बदलाव

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date will change, and we may notify you in the app or on this website for major changes.

हम इस नीति को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। “अंतिम अपडेट” की तारीख़ बदली जाएगी, और बड़े बदलावों की सूचना ऐप या वेबसाइट पर दी जा सकती है।
